Plan of Action
The modus operandi of STED is to establish student chapters in various engineering colleges located in the Andhra Pradesh. The student chapters would function in accordance with the prime objectives of the organization.
These student chapters will actively organize sessions on a regular basis in their respective colleges which will focus on a variety of student related issues and work towards creating a local platform to address the problems of students..
All the Student Chapters would be headed by representatives from the respective colleges thereby enabling efficient local implementation of the objectives and goals. We believe Leadership is achieving more than what the science of management says is possible, therefore nurturing future torch bearers to lead the country in an effective, successful direction is our prime motto.
STED aims to become a premier resource platform and work towards realizing its objectives by adopting a three point thought process involving Learn, Leverage, and Lead.
To explore the seas one must be prepared to lose the sight of the shore, this is what we believe at STED. Proper leadership in the appropriate direction is the need of the hour. We gear up to meet these ever increasing demands for right leadership in the country .We cannot expect the country to progress at a rapid pace unless an effective leadership adopts strategies with precision and determination.
